These are the plays for today where the overs in the Twente and AZ matches will be the most important; I see Twente beating Wisla easily in like 3-1 whilst AZ and Metalist will both want to get the win and almost secure a spot in the next round this early. Even though Metalist hasn't scored in their last two home matches in Europe I still think the over has a good chance of hitting tonight.

Some of you may think who wants to bet against AZ right now, being in great form in the Dutch league, but AZ hasn't won a European away match since september 20th 2007 (!!); 12 consecutive away matches. This is not a spot you want to be in with a new away match in the Ukrain against a fairly strong opponent, that's why I'm giving the edge to Metalist.

Same goes for Bucharest against PSV, I just don't see PSV taking the win in Romania. I think they will settle for a draw so I took the +½ for Rapid.

RKC has been on a roll since promoting to the Eredivisie this year with 13 points out their first 7 games, a great start for them since everyone thought they'd be the weakest team this year. Utrecht on the other hand has only collected 9 point until today; a major difference with last year since they lost all of their key players.

Despite the above I really don't think RKC will pull another upset tonight at Utrecht. Utrecht at their home stadium The Galgenwaard has always been tough to beat and I think the home crowd will settle for no less than the 3 points tonight.

Both teams have a great attacking line, especially Heerenveen, and fairly poor defence. This should be a game with a lot of goals in which I can't predict a winner. Vitesse's last 5 home Eredivisie matches all went over, whilst Heerenveen's 4 out of their last 5 away matches also went over. I'm hoping for a quick goal by the away team to throw this match wide open.
