    EP36's Easy Street
Refreshed and ready to have another go at futbol with a fresh thread. Took a right turn onto Easy Street in search of winners. Let's roll out.

    MARCH 3rd: [LA LIGA] ALMERIA-RACING SANTANDER OVER 2 [-146]
A dozen home matches for Almeria and only one has failed to see two goals. The home side has only failed to score twice in those matches. Racing has been in a solid run of scoring with at least one goal in five straight and seven of their last nine. Almeria has not kept a clean sheet in 21 straight in La Liga. Looking for both squads to score at worst and earn a push.

LoL@the announcer in this match. His GOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLL damn near lasted a minute. 1-0 Racing. Red card don't mean shit I suppose since they got it and still scored first.

What a horrible fukking penalty kick. Even if the goalie didn't read him like a book, I think that was going to miss or hit the post at best. Dipstick!

Yeah. Sucks when a PK could have potentially tipped the scales, but the dude was a putz. Oh well, push better than loss.

                          MARCH 5th: [ENGLAND PREMIER] FULHAM -0.5/-1 [-115]
Fulham has won three of their last four home matches in the EPL without allowing a goal. They face a Blackburn squad which has been a mess on the road, losing four straight and seven of their last eight in the league. Three of the last four road losses have come by multiple goals. Rovers have shown nothing on the road, other than poor defense in allowing 36 goals. Fulham needs the full three points to push away from the relegation zone and at home, they must get this done against a poor road squad.

                                MARCH 5th: [LA LIGA] ZARAGOZA +2.5/+3 [-112]
This is not to suggest by any means that Zaragoza is going to pull off a shocker today on the road against Barcelona, but this match may not end up being a full scale blowout. Barca does have to keep in mind their Champions League clash with Arsenal this week, so once they have this one in-hand - they may be content with not expending too much energy. There is no doubt that Camp Nou is a fortress for La Liga's top club as they have won ten straight there in league play and have not dropped points at home since last October. Over there last five at home, they have won by three goals in three of five. Zaragoza have been involved in a lot of close matches recently. In their last eight overall, the margin of victory or defeat has been a lone goal. On the road, Zaragoza have not seen great results with just one win, but they do have a handful of draws and have only been crushed once by Espanyol. I see Barcelona taking care of business to focus on their Champions League clash, but I think it may be by two goals or less and at worst hopefully a three goal margin returns just a half stakes loss.

                                    MARCH 6th: [ENGLAND PREMIER] WOLVERHAMPTON-TOTTENHAM OVER 2.5 [+105]
The Wolves host the Spurs as the Wolves look to climb out of the relegation zone. Wolverhampton has tallied at least one goal in 12 of 14 at home this season. The Spurs have tallied at least one goal on the road in nine straight and 12 of 14. Tottenham has just one clean sheet on the road this season. Wolves have seen at least three goals in six of their last eight at home. Spurs have seen three goals or more on the road in six of nine. Tottenham has a key clash with Milan coming up in the Champions League, so if their focus is a bit off, Wolves could jump here and definitely score and push the Spurs to score two to secure a win.

                                              MARCH 6th: [LA LIGA] ATHLETIC BILBAO-SEVILLA OVER 2.5 [-106]
Bilbao has given up two goals in each of their last three matches in La Liga. Sevilla have multiple strikes in three of their last four. At home this season, Bilbao has scored in all 13 games and has only been held scoreless once in 26 matches this season. Sevilla has scored and conceded mutiple goals in four straight on the road and have no clean sheets in 12 away matches. Prior to the break for the start of 2011, Sevilla struggled greatly to score on the road - but that does not appear to be the case now or in general as they are in solid form. These two teams are in a logjam of teams around 5th position in La Liga. A full three points for either is huge. Expect Kanoute to be a scorer for Sevilla as he loves to score against Bilbao. He had two against them in the 4-3 Sevilla win earlier this year and has nine in nine matches against them.

Scoreless half. Sevilla looks like they've reverted to playing like sheep on the road, not very aggressive. Will need one of these teams to strike early in the 2nd half to open this up a little more hopefully.

MARCH 7th: [ENGLAND PREMIER] CHELSEA TO SCORE FOUR GOALS OR MORE [+259]
Chelsea has rediscovered their goal scoring touch on the road in recent matches with two of their last three matches seeing them tally four goals in each. They were shutout vs. Fulham, but that's nothing to be discouraged about as Fulham has been stout at home. Blackpool will be without influential midfielder Charlie Adam as well as scoring threat D.J. Campbell who are both suspended. Blackpool has yet to give up as many as four goals at home, giving up three on three occasions and multiple goals in eight of 13 at home. The Blues are chasing 3rd place in the EPL and could use another bust-out match to do so. They scored four at home against Blackpool, so why not take a shot here that Torres finally gets it revved up as Chelsea should dominate the midfield and get some great chances today if they are focused. This also covers Blackpool to score four or more, but let's be real it's Chelsea or bust.

?? One would think a prop like this would be more than +259.

That is what I expect today, not simply because of Roma's more attack-minded style under their new skipper - but also out of necessity as the Italian side trail 3-2 on aggregate here. They'll need at least two goals to have a chance to overturn the 1st leg results. Shakhtar is unbeatable at home. That's not an exaggeration. They have not LOST since 2008 at home in any competition. Five of their last six CL's clashes have seen them score multiple goals. Expecting to see goals here with the Ukrainians keen to win at home as well one would think.
