well, another important part with betfair is trading. when you have the possibility to green up (when back value is higher than lay value) you should use it, especially if you are unsure about how a match is going on right now (imminent draw?).

for example: you lay @4.6 5x. at arsenal lead in 80min the value was @9.2 - if you back this value for 2.5x, you can win about 2.5x (from the original 5x) no matter how the game ends.

i usually use pre-match lines. if early goals happen (like chelsea 0-1 tonight) i lay 0-1 live also.

odds on lay 0-0 are depending on the match-ups, average is @13, with popular teams (like man utd today) it can go more than @20.
if it is still 0-0 at HT, it is mostly half value, so @6-8 if pre-game was @13

i did not really notice lay draw odds at HT, but i guess around half of the value as well.

yes, you got it. it is basically the opposite of a normal bet.

my advise: try to start small, don't lay unwisely as it could end bad very quickly.
and be proactive, react accordingly if your lay might be a loss. i often follow matches along the way to keep up with them.
