North Korea's got nukes and one of the largest standing armies in the world, so they are kind of a complicated problem. I think Jong-Il is fading, but his sons just as crazy.

#40This story is being reported everywhere. I'm not sure what you consider 'credible sources' considering North Korea is notorious for attempting to control every piece of information about its affairs, but the Times of India is now reporting that there have been numerous leaks that the coach is fearful for his life.Comment -

#50Many parts of their country don't have electricity. Ever since the fall of the soviet union, who, for many years, supplied cheap and unlimited amount of electricity to NK. They say that the city at night would be in total darkness and all you see is cigarettes burning when they're being smoked. Dead bodies in public places are normal, (train, bus, bench) people over there learn to live with it. Teachers learn not to share his/her food with starving children in class, and if one day they don't show up, it basically means they've already died from starvation.

it is catered to people who want to believe it, but no credible journalistic publication reported it.
yes, nk is extremely harsh regime with blatantly cruel treatment of its own people. that doesn't mean you should believe just about everything however.Comment -

#61Really? Is the Telegraph in the UK 'youtube, talk forums or a 3rd rate gossip channel'? The Sydney Morning Herald? How about The Guardian? Sorry to say but you're grasping at straws here. Let me know if you want more '3rd rate' sources.

give me a major news corporation newspiece reporting on this incident without using the "reportedly", if you can.

#63the only of the pages which works is citing the story as "reportedly", implying caution in uncritical belief. give me a major news corporation newspiece reporting on this incident without using the "reportedly", if you can. and no, tmz.com doesn't count as major. though they have a nice pic of coach getting used to some building tools, hehe.
I copied and pasted those links into my post. If any of them aren't working and you want to look into it further, I Googled 'North Korea' 'kim jong' 'coach' and those popped up on the first and 2nd page among many other links.Comment -
