Blah. Scoreless second half with a lot of subs and barely any chances.

PLAY #233: [FRIENDLY] SAN MARINO-LIECHTENSTEIN OVER 2.5 [-125] This will be a true testament to the patheticness of San Marino as Liechtenstein is no stalwart, but San Marino has now seen totals of at least three goals in 19 of their last 20 matches played. Liechenstein for their part have gone 18 matches without a clean sheet. Could San Marino score today? Perhaps, but more so this will be about the inability of their defense which has conceded 29 goals in their last five competitive matches. Maybe this ends up in sheer boredom, but I won't fade a poor defense. Gimme goals or gimme death.

4th minute red card. Wow. That's either golden or totally gonna fukk this. Hopefully goals flow at some point for Liechenstein.

Scoreless at the half. Looks like this is gonna be boned unless they start with goals early in the 2nd half.
These are just hunch plays. Friendlies are hard to predict, but I do like these.
PLAY #234: [FRIENDLY] DENMARK PK/+0.5 [-107] Lots of questions in England where players have jumped ship and decided not to participate. Still some solid skill players like Bent & Rooney, but Denmark is solid and I think earns at worst a draw today.
PLAY #235: [FRIENDLY] CAMEROON PK/-0.5 [+100] Eto'o is the man. Macedonia is an okay squad, but I think they will have trouble keeping up with the pace of Cameroon. Cameroon were solid finishing off 2010 with two wins and a draw. I think they can win on the road today with a draw hopefully the worst case here.

Cameroon scores the 1-0 win. Chicken D style. One more that I'm taking a poke at.
PLAY #236: [FRIENDLY] POLAND-NORWAY OVER 2 [-139] Both these squads possess good attacking style players. The Poles have scored and conceded in seven of their last eight. Norway has only been held without a goal in one of their last nine matches dating back through 2010. Poland fielding a full strength squad to start and will use this as a litmus test to see just how good they are with Norway ranked 11th by FIFA. The Norwegians will also be at full strength here, eyeing this as a tune-up for European Championship qualis coming up.
PLAY #237: [NEW ZEALAND] WAIKATO FC HAMILTON-CANTERBURY UNITED OVER 3 [-136] Back to the Kiwis. In 2011, three of four for Waikato have gone to three or more goals while all four for Canterbury United have met that total. Nine of eleven for Waikato have hit for at least three goals this season. At home, five of six have hit for at least three for Waikato. All five for Canterbuy away from home have hit for at least three goals. Canterbury has yielded multiple goals in four of those five and has scored in all five. Waikato has given up ten goals in their three matches to start back from the break and they have scored multiple times in four of six at home which makes tonight look like a solid shot to net at least three and hopefully many more.

Another one boned. Waikato goalie stood on his head in the 1st half, stopped a PK and another probable goal. Doubt this even pushes at this point. Yay, going in the wrong direction!

PLAY #238: [ENGLAND PREMIER] WEST BROM-WEST HAM OVER 2.5 [-132]
Two teams who don't know what a clean sheet is. West Brom has given up 12 goals in their last four EPL matches. West Ham has conceded 12 in that same span. At home, West Brom has seen totals of at least three in six straight and seven of the last eight. On the road, West Ham has seen three goals or better in five straight and seven of the last eight. Their November meeting saw four goals. Restore my faith in scoring futbol boys.

PLAY #239: [SCOTLAND PREMIER] DUNDEE UNITED +1 [-114] Dundee are one of the quiet, in-form sides in Scotland with an eight match unbeaten streak. At home, Dundee have lost three matches in nine tries. Only one loss was by more than a single goal. Today's opposition, Celtic, beat Dundee 2-1 back in October - needing an 89th minute goal to do so. Celtic is also in blistering form with 12 matches without a loss. On the road, Celtic has only dropped points twice in eleven matches. Dundee have a history of playing the Hoops tough. They haven't loss by more than one goal in nine of the ten previous matches. Given the form of both, I'd expect a competitive and tight affair. Dundee will be eager to take a point at least from the top squad in Scotland and even in defeat, I don't think they'll lose by more than one given the history between the two teams.

Will probably write it up tomorrow, but like the over for Juventus-Inter Milan quite a bit right now. No real opinions on the other matches in those leagues.

Why the OVER 2.5 in the Juventus-Internazionale match? Last three times these teams have played it was 1-1, 2-1 and 0-0 (this year's contest).
And the SBR write up for this game is predicting either a 0-0 or 1-0 game here too.
Am I missing something?

IMO, this game can very well go over - Inter doesnt know what defending is anymore and Juventus is coming off an away win with 3 goals...

I thought Inter Milan got their acts straight over the last couple of matches? In fact they have only given up 3 total goals in their last 7 matches. What's so bad about that?

PLAY #230: [ITALY SERIE A] JUVENTUS-INTER MILAN OVER 2.5 [-120] Nine of Juventus' eleven home matches have seen at least three goals. Juve has just one clean sheet at home and just one clean sheet in their seven Serie A matches since returning from the break. Inter remains in fine scoring form under Leonardo with 24 goals in eight matches since the break. They have conceded in all but one of those matches with multiple strikes given up in four of their last five. Five straight on the road for Inter have seen at least three goals. Some injury concerns for both, but Inter's defensive issues mean Juve still should have their chances and Inter is on fire scoring.

I'm a great fade in futbol right now, not feelin' it.
PLAY #231: [CHAMPIONS LEAGUE] AC MILAN-TOTTENHAM OVER 2.5 [-106] Given Tottenham's stellar home record, no losses in their last 14 competitive matches, Milan should be treating today as a must win. Tottenham's short history in the CL indicates goals could flow today as the Spurs saw totals of three or more in all eight of their CL clashes in 2010. They were especially loose on the road where they scored and conceded multiple goals in all four matches. As a road side in general, they have just one clean sheet in their last 15 matches. Milan have been pretty deadly scoring at home in 2011 with multiple strikes in four of five. Looking for the Spurs to push for the important away goal as well.

Looks like the shelf life on my free play will be one bet. Unless Milan pulls their heads out of their collective ass and the Spurs figure out how to finish.
