I think Uru was playing conservative when they were up (as are most teams in the elimination rounds). Bigger/more goals number do not seem to be as important as long as they win. That's why favorites of 1+ always scared me in these rounds because they are rare. If you go back and watch that game you will see two different Uru teams playing when they were up oppose to when they were TIE. As soon as Korea tied the game, I don't think it took Uru that long to score again.

Uruguay was simply outplayed and outclassed. Suarez pulled a miracoulous goal off to put them through. No goalie had a chance at even reaching it. They scored in the 80th minute of the game

No way Uruguay can make it, they were outplayed by Ghana in the quarters and now with Suarez, Lugano (c), Fucile, Lodeiro out they have almost no chance in my opinion. Holland may not be as entertaining as we expected before the tournament, but they know what they want, defence is not conceding much and have lot of quality upfront.

Cavani will likely replace Suarez, he's not bad player, hard working but he won't create the same pain that Forland & Suarez would create to Holland's defence.

I been routing for URU whole tourney with Forlan, but NET are playing much different these WC from previous ones, it will pay of and take them to GER in the final..

I think, Nederland win, but only one goal. Uruguay's defense is very hard. Nederland kikcs one goal, Uruguay not. Stekelenburg save very well. Yashin- award candidate. Sneijder-Robben duo is elementary, so Nederland win, but one goal. I think, Nederland will win 1-0.
