i think that germany has been the most consistant....i got germany to win the whole thing so i am going germany.....spain is a great team but they havn't been excellent even though they got this far... germany has been the best team in my opinion during the world cup

All over Germany to win it all. Got Germany at +343 to make the final, July 1. And Germany at +610 to win it on the 7th. I also grabbed the over today, over 2 at +122. I like to see Spain picked as a lock, it bodes well for me. I also thought well of the Dutch from the start but lacked confidence in them, and cannot find much value now.
I hate to say it, but the lack of Ballack may be a blessing in disguise for the Germans. The "new younger team" can move the ball, and take on the best the world has to offer. Mueller will be missed, but there are many to take up the slack. The least of which are Klose and Podolski and Schwienstieger?

Well, Germany was very lucky to score early goals in both games against England and Argentina where afterwards they could afford to play counterattacks in both games. if you remember how they scored the two goals then I am sure you know that this cannot happen with Puyol and Pique. in the England game where Germany really destroyed them in the second half, there was a clear goal close to the end of the first half and one Lampards shot which bounced of the pole BEFORE they destroyed them. Moreover, without Mueller they miss a very important player and their left side with Boateng and the slow Mertesacker in the middle should be possible to crack for fast Villa. I am all over Spain in this one! (however, I hate Germany sooooo)
