USA qualifies to every world cup since i don't know when, certainly the 1960's thats because there is not much competition in the north african continent, the only competition is canada and jamaica, not the best teams in the world for sure

Yes Klose is back, and you will get a push if the game end in a draw after 90min +stoppage time. But if the line is pk, -0.5 you will only get a half push.
