It means opposite of Clean Sheet, so that team will get at least one goal.

NO! It is as I said that team will get at least one goal.

Game: Team A - Team B
Bet: Team A Clean Sheet-NO
If Team A score goal and game ends 1:0 it is over 0.5 but it has Clean sheet-YES and bet is lost.
