should have been 2 penalties, one handball near the end and one trip from behind early 2nd half, plus the knee to the back of johnson's head, all the other crazy SHOULD BE yellows....i think this ref forgot his little book and cards on his kitchen counter on the way out the door today and is trying hard to not get caught for doing that or he'll get fired. The stranger part to me was that there were only five minutes of extra time after four different Timbers flopped around on the ground for at least 90 seconds after "suffering an injury" and a goal in the second half. No way there should have been less than 8 minutes of ET, but it's not like that would've saved my over.
Just have to let go of what happened yesterday. I made the mistake of going big on something when I was in a funk, and I paid for it. Although I planned to go big all the way, I still should have shut it down after my draw bet turned out to be a 5-1 blowout. That was a clear sign that I wasn't going to pick a winner to save my life yesterday.
