Having problems accesing SBR Lines? Do the Following please
It's come to our attention that a few users have been having problems with SBR Odds after the last upgrade where they receive a message similar to:
"other_options.0.menuid is null or not an object".
This appear to be a problem with a stale cache and luckily it has a simple fix.
Please keep the CTRL keyboard pressed and press F5, this will refresh the cache in your browser.
You can also delete all the temporary internet files and the cookies and restart the browser. (How?)
Any of this 2 steps will solve the problem.
If the problem persists, just restart the computer.
