Fifth third -my old bank is one of the shadiest in the world. Every company that did something today has to play ball with the govt. You’re not looking at productivity. If person A is 500 times as productive as person B, there is nothing wrong with person A making 500 times as much. If the CEO gets an extra $1,000,000 a year, and the entire workforce makes a minimum of $15an hour now, that’s good. That million is only $5 an employee per year.

Bottom line, average people are better off because of this bill, and all you’re doing is complaining. $15an hour is not crumbs.

I posted that the majority of dem senators, by a 2-1 margin, supported both Reagan cuts. But we didn't have the butt hurt in those days. Dems were rewarded for it and one of those senators came within 400 votes of winning the presidency(Al Gore).

They haven't figured it out at all, they've just listened to false democrat talking points about middle class people getting a big tax hike in a few years (not telling them it is due to a sunset provision and their taxes will be where they currently are), millions will lose health care coverage (not telling them that it is just people chosing not to buy health insurance since there is no longer a penalty), etc.
