It's hard to trust either team not to find a way to lose but I like Carolina's D coordinator here. Sean McDermott worked for Reed for years as an assistant coach & DC. If any DC knows Reed's offense it should be him and I think that is a good advantage to have vs a rookie QB. The Eagle not having McCoy is huge as well. Im going to parlay Carolina -3 and under 42. I can't justify to myself parlaying both public pics, and my reasoning to fade the spread as opposed to the o/u is because I don't think the Eagles will be doing much scoring at all. I think it'll be extremely one sided. I'm tempted to parlay first half spread (Carolina) and under as well. IF Cam blows this game it won't be until late, like I said I don't think there will be many points throughout the game at all. Just my 2 centsComment -
Sometimes there isn't a play to be made on the total and it's best to lay off parlaying and teasing. I forgot to mention above that the Eagles just fired McDermott's brother who worked in the front office. There's more motivation for him to take advantage of that shaky Eagles O line & another reason that I think Car is the best play I could find on the game. One more thing, the Panthers have had the lead in the 4th qrt in 8 of their 10 games so no lead is safe with them which is why I can only go 1 unit here. GL with whatever you decide. I'm going to pass on the NCAAF game & maybe catch a live bet or halftime. The number looks about right to me. As far as NFL, this is a different NO team than past years. They did beat them at home but the NO defense has the 3rd worst passing defense, the worst rushing defense, and the worst total defense by over 50 yards! That's not a team I'm going to back on the road. Sometimes no bet is the best bet. I either take the Falcons or nothing. Im still looking at props though.Comment -
Atlanta -3.5 is definitely the play tonight. NO is coming off a short week after seeing their play off chances take a turn for the worse.
