the second angle was way too close to be able to pick up a speeding baseball against a yellow pole

the first angle was far enough and HD enough away to conclusively tell it "disappeared" around the pole.

plus if you look at the seat configuration, where it landed in the aisle it was clearly fair to have landed there. **** i have the shittiest luck ever.

serious question - why couldn't MLB reverse this? The decision could be made as effectively in NYC or Milwaukee where Selig lives as it could have been made in the dugout replay booth that the umps used. They could resume the game tomorrow afternoon.

Playoffs at stake - it's a travesty. Even if casinos don't honor the "new" result MLB should still do the right thing IMO.
