#38You guys seem awfully upset that making a small donation to a reputable charity is the only Pro option.
Not really a bad thing to donate some cash too.

#45I'm not saying it about the money. I'm just saying if you're going to have to spend some cash to be a Pro anyway, donating it to charity at least provides you with a decent cause to contribute too.Originally posted by ttrace35Easy for you to say.Comment -

#46Why. I would rather give $50 to a single-mother working three jobs to support her five kids, than give it to a charity that spends you're money on research, or tools, or books for children, etc. At least I know I'm making a difference, and not getting a fukkin e-card that say's "thanks for your support!"Originally posted by opie1988I'm not saying it about the money. If you donate $20 to a children's charity--learning for the underprivileged, say. Can you guarantee me that $20 is going to buy a kid a book? Or is it being used for food for employees, gas, transportation. By the time that $20 gets down to the person responsible for buying books for the kids, how much of it is left? $10? $2?Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

#47I would much rather give 200 to a quality charity than buy a crappy scam tout service or spend 2750 at amazon. Also, being an average joe working a day job buying a line service serves no purpose and would be throwing money down the toilet.Comment -

#67Would rather give to charity then to some book that you don't even usually want to post up at just to become pro. IMO John you should get as many reputable charities as possible so posters can pick which one they like best (maybe one or two not run by the jewish community)Comment -

Maybe SBR can come up with some sort of welfare program to help these guys, or better yet maybe SBR can start accepting Food Stamp Cards.

#70F**k this sh*t. U have to donate 2 bucks to Drs. W/O Borders? WTF charity is that even? And what u have to do that once a year to stay pro? So the points here are worthless unless u do this once a year, right? I might be done with this site after hearing this.Comment
