Sorry Lou, I didn't check, because I posted mine the second the news broke.
Delete mine, it's all good.

Yep, here's what rotoworld said
Jack Curry of YES Network reports that the Yankees have acquired Ichiro Suzuki from the Mariners for right-handers D.J. Mitchell and Danny Fahrquar.
The Yankees are also expected to get an undisclosed amount of cash in the deal. The deal comes as quite a surprise, as Mariners general manager Jack Zduriencik said as recently as last week that he expected the impending free agent to return next season. The 38-year-old will wrap up his tenure in Seattle with a .322 batting average and 2,533 hits over 12 seasons. He's hitting just .261/.288/.353 with four home runs, 28 RBI, 15 stolen bases and a .642 OPS through 95 games in 2012.

Yanks happen to be in Seattle. Try on the new uni against your old team on day 1.

I like how Ichiro is all of a sudden a better player now that he plays for the Yanks. Guy made a living off infield singles, where losing a step kills your avg. Now he is 38, and turning into a power hitter is not an option.

He still helps the team a lot now that Gardner is out for the year....Also much better having Ichiro out in the field than their other options

Well wouldn't you think he would see a lot more hittable pitches with better hitters around him?

ichiro's offensive skills arent what they used to be, but he still plays great D with a rocket for an arm
