He missed training camp with his holdout his rookie year. So, that year was basically wasted.

He's been (and continues to be) in a totally disfunctional situation in Oakland.

So, giving him the benefit of the doubt, I'll say the jury is still out...but it is fair to say he isn't moving in the right direction up to this point...

Mad props for telling it like it is. I've long held that opinion but am always reticent to voice it because of being labelled a racist. I have nothing against black people, but like you, I feel they have zero business being NFL QBs, even in a backup role. I think Donovan McNabb is the cream of that crop, and even I have to admit that the QB play for the Eagles was superior when Jeff Garcia was starting.
