1) cash game
2) satelites
3) daily deepstack tournments( every 4 hours prize pool 100k+)
4) smaller tournaments

#39The WSOP is a "pain in the ass" because the Rio does such a terrible job of running it. Nobody would be begging for comps if they had some sort of card swipe system in the ballrooms. People "beg" for comps because that, along with greasing the floor's palm, is the only way to get one. I'm not surprised your friend doesn't like the series because many of the employees make it clear they don't want to be there.Comment -

Ps rio did a lot better job these days with comps. They have a point system for tournament entries. Nothing for cash game yet though.Comment -

#43This is actually one of the smallest $1500 events in years. First event usually has 2700-3500 players. Only 2100 this year. It did start earlier and on a monday holiday.Comment -
