You can use a V I S A card to fund your Moneybooker account and play at Pinnacle/Betfair/Greek etc.

You can have payouts sent directly to a RBC account from Moneybookers, usually takes less than 48 hours.

CC deposits are not a good way to go. They charge 1.9%. I would use a canadian bank, you can set up a bank easily.

Then open moneybookers and register the bank account, If you can make a 10k transfer to a sportsbook do it. (your account will get VIP status after doing so and you will not have to pay any withdrawl fees in the future)

Make sure you set up your sportsbooks and moneybookers to Canadian currency

I agree that using a CC for a large deposit to moneybookers isn't a good idea, I was suggesting the RBC card also as a way of proving identity/Canadian residence.
