Actually, Bet is right. Like i said before, if you are paying your child support and you have visitation, she HAS to let you see your child. Period. If not call the cops. If you arent doing that, something else is going on that bmw is not telling us. She cant just keep the money and not let him see if daughter if he has visitation rights. That simple.

No father in his right mind (who loves their child) would go months/years paying child support and not be allowed to see his child. Unless the dad was a moron then maybe so. It's like paying for a car payment and not being allowed to drive your car even when you are legally allowed to drive.

But you can't call the cops if she is not following the visitation agreement. They will not do anything. That is a matter for the courts. Just keep track of all the times she withholds visitation for no provable reason. Document everything. Then if you ever have to go back to court, you will be prepared.
