There's no such thing as 3month prison sentences you sound dumb, This incident could never be considered criminal because Metta was doing his job which is working for the nba, which means the NBA has the only say, now the palace brawl was different because Metta attacked citizens he was charged in that incident, but face it you hater even if he did get charged he's rich, all the courts want is money so he would walk.
