I am down to 280 or so eating Fish and Fries mainly

Hard liquor actually keeps weight off also as does Coke and Uppers

Don't drink much soda pop at all, JJ, never have. And the two cups of coffee I have each morning provide all of the uppers I need.

You're close on the weight, well, if being 93 pounds off is considered close.

The race is over, and it finishes a lot like Secretariat in the '73 Belmont. Final tally has me down 19 pounds since Oct 1, the others finish in very distant second and third places. Presently sitting at a svelte -- Dozer's words, not mine -- 241 pounds. Setting eyes on 230 by Thanksgiving Day.
