That's all well and good, but if hatred wasn't the agenda why would Fox News come out in favor of separation of church and state for the Catholic contraception issue but come out so against the Muslim community center near ground zero and call for government to intervene(which wasn't being funded by the government but needed a government permit to go forward)? Government intervention is only okay for things and people we like? How can you explain this as anything but cultural or religious bigotry of the first order? Fomenting hatred and misdirection against Muslim people generally(rather than specific terrorists) is standard fare for Fox News. The average age of a viewer of Fox News is 65. So you did get one thing right, they all want to leave a better country for their children, because most of the viewers are too old to be having children still. Baby Boomers and their older brethren are the reason this country is in such a mess to begin with. Who do you think raised this so called "me me me" generation? Do you think they just became entitled all on their own? Nevermind the fact that when the current generation's parents were the current generations age, it was objectively a lot easier to succeed. My dad worked 3 jobs when I was growing up, he has a pension from a private company(omg a pension, how entitled!), and was able to provide for a family. If he were to try to do the same thing today he would be lucky to have one job, no pension plan and he'd be one of those people you are whining about being so entitled.
