Nah nobody was on him because of that. It was because he was saying he will never lose 10 games in a row...

the kid is lying. i hope he wins, but losing streaks will catch up on him. my longest winning streak was 29/30 on NBA spreads and the down side 1/19 on NBA spreads.

once you get into a streak, your next bet is still 50/50, so there is no reason the cold/hot streak won't continue

Im still trying to understand your logic here.

you get down on me because in 4 years i havent lost 10 bets in a row, and then i go on to make a few dumb analogy's i might add

because ive never lost 10 in a row im a liar,

        if i haven't lost 10 in a row im probably not a +ev gambler

did anyone catch that? if i haven't lost 10 in a row im not a +ev gambler. maybe that's why im one of the few here that even wins. if you lost 10 in a row you'd probably be a negative gambler.

i have no reason to lie here, i basically gamble for a living, the only income i have coming in is about 20 hours a week at minimum wage cause i have to show some sort of visible income, i have weeks where i loose thousands and weeks where i win thousands its nothing new but to sit here and call me a liar because i said i hadnt lost 10 in a row is kinda stupid to me. as far as being a attention whore the thread was started as what would you have to see to trust someone as a good handicapper, not me being a attention whore as you say. i don't really care believe me or not i pick winners ill take on all the criticism when i loose and all the crickets when i win.

        good day

ill tell you like i tell everyone and this might be using another stupid analogy again

but i don't believe you can win at betting in the long run. not long run as in time wise, but as in daily betting. I take bets that i see as extremely in my favor or bets that i feel are very good. I think if you bet everyday multiple times a day your throwing your profit away , unless you are very good at it. Like blackjack you can win in about 20-50 hands but if you play 500 hands i bet you'll be even or lost most everything you had. i play 2-4 picks a week and nothing more, after i win a decent amount in a given week ill give it a few days off, works for me

My argument is if you can win ten in a row...you can lose ten in a row. Linemakers are and will continue to be better than me. The only way to win in this game is to exploit errors on the part of the public and get lucky

If you can't win in the long run then you can't be recognized as a "dependable capper". Maybe thats your answer. Unless you're some how misusing the term.

show us winners on a consistent basis and you won't have to oppose the question on how long does it take to earn respect on this forum, your young and havn't seen the other side of gambling yet and you think your superman, but basically your just inexperienced and naive to think you won't ever struggle at this profession. so bottomline don't talk about how sucessful you are on here , show how successful you can be, and then you will recieve what you want ................
