He already said he's not going back to the US in the interview he did with Loshack. People spend their whole lifetimes without ever setting foot in the US. And many people wanted for prosecution in the US spend their lifetimes avoiding it because they base themselves in countries with no mutual extradition laws. The guy's not a dummy.

Shari your exactly right. He is really smart and he isn't going to do anything really stupid here. I know there is several that has avoided the US and their stupid laws on this. I would do the same thing if I was him too. Just go to the countries that don't have extradition law with the US on this and he can stay there as long as he wants to. If I am right Costa Rica is one of them countries that don't have this.

How are they going to force him back to the US? They couldn't even catch Osama bin Laden for years. Roman Polanski was arrested for raping a 13yo more than 30 years ago... The US authorities tried many times to force him back and even tried to get him extradited from Switzerland in '99. They were told to piss off. Guy's still a free man, making movies. As are many many more who the US is a lot more interested in than Calvin Ayre. We'll just have to wait and see I guess.

Shari on top of that there is plenty of others to add to the list an that is very true. I remember it took so long to get people from France and the leaks guy with the government from England which is tied up in the courts there. These guys that are operating in these countries that are running the books will never be caught as long as you don't do anywhere that has anything to do with the US. I sure cannot see them getting these guys at all period. It is so difficult to stop people from playing at these online books too and there is too many people doing it to have them arrested for doing it. I sure cannot see them passing a law outlawing gambling on these books because someday they are going to legalize it and make a lot of tax revenue on it. They could be in trouble with the WTO and the European Union on this if they did that.

jjgold they have been trying to get the ones in some of those countries for years now and they haven't done it yet. They are just trying to use these scare tactics on trying to keep people from playing at these books. I am sure that he has been smart of putting his income at a place where it cannot be touched. Probably in banks in the country where he is at or even in a safe in the basement of his home if he has to.
