Personally I've had very few "bad" experiences with their CS over the years. Is it top notch? No, but it's enough to keep me satisfied. But for argument sake, even if I hated their CS, I'd rather wait on hold a few extra minutes on the phone as opposed to going to Bookmaker and having 20cent lines on many major sports and w/d fees that are outrageous. Not to mention their lines on soccer, boxing, tennis, UFC, etc. are dogshit compared to 5Dimes.

I've been with 5d for a long time now and their CS has certainly taken a turn for the worst in the past year or so......still not bad enough for me to go anywhere else though. I do try and stick to live chat as much as I possibly can....the phone can ring forever there.

Bad customer mainly is a cost cutting measure meaning they reduce staff and try and save money.

They answer very quickly on live chat, but once they have said hi it takes forever. If you are trying to get a payout on Monday it can take close to an hour because they are off handling 20 requests at the same time or something.
