and not many are making much money off any delayed paid odds service...you might as well use the fukkin lines in the paper...if you arent using a real-time paid service, sportsoptions-pro or db real-time, then you arent even coming close to utilizing what you could.

I primarily use a local....how can I use a line service to my advantage? He uses scoresandodds.com as his lines for 99% of games.....Not sure what book this is affiliated with, but the lines on here seem to be the most common number amongst all books......thanks

For example: 10 books have Bulls -5, 3 books have Bulls -5.5, 1 book has Bulls -4.5......almost every time scoresandodds.com will show Bulls -5

while in vegas i saw the manager of a book looking at sports options, the only thing don best {owned by cris** has that sports options doesnt is real time bookmaker/betmaker. unless you need that you are much better off with sports options, its cheaper has quicker injury updates more books etc... majority of bookmaker/cris business is credit, books laying of bets that is who uses don best.

Services don't work. Vegas is now tricking majority with line movement. Unless you are right in front of that board watching it... you have no idea of the true "VIBE" with the line movement. It's a sense of feel. Yes... SBROdds are great... but you need to know the manipulation of books methods in realizing what's truly going on. We don't have time to sit in front of a MGM Mirage board all day... but if you did... you'd figure out what the line is doing. On paper... you don't really feel the vibe.

Your best bet is to just use your own knowledge... every time a star athlete is scratched... it seems like the team that lost the star player always covers. 80% of the time. I'm just saying... we all let a few plays go... that we should of cashed on... but remember how many plays you let slide that saved you money. Realistically... THINK ABOUT IT. Do your own method.

Sports Options is what the squares use as far as pay services

I've paid for a year of all 3 pay services at one time or another.

Sports Options is by far the best value.

Sports Insights is atrocious.

I would rank them in value:

1) Sports Options 2) Don Best 3) SI

SBR Odds is so far ahead of SI... but I still think the first two are necessary.

if your local simply follows an odds site (scores/odds, wagerline...etc), he will be extremely slow on moves...having a real times odds service allows you to bury locals #s...heck, even a delayed odds service should be fast enough to beat locals closers all day long... slow locals will get destroyed by a good gambler using a good service

I killed him in football season, but I'm getting beat up in basketball......just can't pick winners on a consistent basis so beating the closers isn't really my problem right now

I'm saying pinny is by far the sharpest book out there. Of course not every book is perfect every game. However, you will profit over the long haul if u best pinnys closer.

I've seen pinny move quite a few lines late and it lost. Late movement isn't 100% dead on either.
