A $10 low minimum. It's a recreational book with fast payouts and great customer service. It is what it is. I like them.

Hello guys,

It is no secret that banking has become a challenge for all US facing books our payouts have proven to be steady and reliable.

Sure I would like to offer higher limits and more options but then again all the other books would like the same.

Our checks go out every Monday via Fedex and take 2 to 3 days to arrive , we also offer bank wires which take 3 to 5 working days.

Yea get people to deposit with m-f Super Bowl promo half point with 14 roll just to change rule after getting players Money is just wrong.

Customer service may be good. But that doesn't have anything to do with the old bait and switch.

Is the 1/2 point gone completely?I never took that option,reduced juice made more sense.Bonuses suck unless they're cash with a tiny roll.

Rollover aside, it's shady to offer a good promo prior to the Super Bowl to garner sign ups, only to change it less than a week later. Rollover is not the issue of contention in my opinion.

Hi Bishop,

The bonus is still good and any clients that got offered the free half point will be satisfied. This is not a bait and switch we changed the free half point schedule and accomodating clients that had a rollover with that offer or offering them 107 reduced juice which is not a bad deal either in hoops specially with a bonus.

Sportsbooks change offers all the time , again people who have played at my books throughout the last couple of years know that I am a fair guy and have never broken my word or stiffed anyone.

We will still continue to offer good bonuses and solid payouts.

Continue to push what? The deal in writing that was offered for funding this account just to have it pulled out from under us after getting our deposit .

I am never one to complain but regardless of how nice Jon is the deal is not what people signed up for.

I did email Nick and he said -107 lines with same roll over is best he can do.

what dont u understand about CONTACTING JON... email him/pm him/call him.. dont talk with nick or whoever who isnt HIM.

he handled my probs immediately and was more than accommodating. Betislands sitll has the top notch customer service u would expect.. just this little bump in the road wont affect them.. once bases start u cant use free half pts anyway

If you are a rec player betting <$500 a game, this is a very good book. Jon has always been responsive, and his employees try really hard. If you are wronged, they will always try to make it right. I was a customer in the WagerChief days, and I am a BetIslands customer now. If you are a big bettor, I suggest sticking with places like Bookmaker and Pinnacle. The other 95% of us should be playing at BetIslands and 5dimes.

Is it 1-4pm as you stated early in this thread? When I log in, it says 1-3pm. Did you already shrink the window by 33%??? That's a pretty small window.
