i believe they're having software problems with the half point

chat told me if the result of your bet is decided by a half point you can contact them and they'll regrade it

no the software problems are not the issue...they did have that past couple days but this is a POLICY change verified with Nick via Live Chat...and the reducing of tracks at the racebook was just some decision made by mgmt.

Sharps have slammed them as far as all the perks so they have scaled down
Its a decent book for small players

It does not stick out though and not close to the big timers that have been around

For a new book not bad but might be hard to last in this day and age ..could merge with other books

Hello guys,

First off I would like to apologize to any player that got caught up in the policy change I have asked everyone to contact me to so we can make arrangements regarding any outstanding rollover they may have. Also we are still offering 107 reduced juice so players can switch to that if they do not wish to be a part of the new free half point program which is Monday through Friday 1pm to 4 pm pacific time.

As far as our comparison to other books , I have nothing but respect for other bookmakers with Betislands I try to create a positive atmosphere in which clients are always treated right and get a fair shake with timely payouts.

Our racebook has not changed at all we are still offering the tracks we were a week ago.

The good bonuses , the good CS and the fast payouts are not going anywhere.

I am always just a PM away.

Betislands is the best, I don't care what anybody says. After years fo getting cursed out by Tony I made the switch. They may not have as many betting options as 5dimes, but how many of you really need those options? Everybody here claims to be professional, most of those lines offered by 5dimes are impossible to handicap anyway. I gamble large sometimes, but I do it mainly for fun, I don't pretend to be better then the oddsmakers. Betislands all the way.

Only book I know of that puts me on a delay and changes the odds on me every fuking time I try to bet.

Try to bet an English premier soccer match O2 (-140)........Wait 30 seconds

Odds have changed to O2 (-150)......I accept.........Wait 30 seconds

Odds have changed to O2 (-155).............

Waste of time playing at this book if they are not going to accept any bets on the lines that they display.

Kinda disappointed with these guys.I thought that they might take a real step forward and become a great/must have out.They are still a good book but are stuck in neutral now & headed in reverse.

Like I said they are not a huge bankroll book therefore you seeing lots of restrictions
Its not a book with guys that have been bookmakers a long time with an extensive credit network

I was told about 6 months ago that their Racebook was going to be upgraded by the beginning of the year.....nothing as of yet. I do love their great CS, but if you are a horse player, their Racebook is terrible. I will be back as soon as it gets better. For now it's all 5dimes for me.

Yeah, I don't know when they got rid of the free point and some of there good bonuses but I think they should think about getting them back.

spot on. Betislands is severely starting to inflate their lines...their lines will look like Bookmakers MLB lines come baseball season...this book is losing steam fast...the late releasing of NBA ML's and CBB totals as well. What I once thought was the next best thing in the sportsbook industry has quickly changed. Heritage FTW, Heritage is the #1 book out there right now for Americans and it isn't close..

The bonuses are still the same , we still offer the free half point and 107 juice.

Nothing much has changed else that the free half now has a schedule. Like I mentioned in my previous posts players that have a rollover pending PM me and we will work out a deal.

We will be offering more variety in sports now that football is over I can focus on expanding our betting cart.

Also just like last season a baseball dimeline is on the way.

They are a safe book, all books have to re adjust a few things from time to time
Its still a new book
It seems players want early lines up and with services like Don Best it should be easy to put lines up by 8:00AM ESt
You cannot give players a reason to look elsewhere and many places have hoops lines early

This guy Jon is a solid guy but he has to listen to the player as far as putting lines up earlier even if limits are lower in the AM

Places like Rebatewager and Betislands are excellent for the recreational players because payout is very very fast

5dimes has more options yes , but for some of us that are not looking to bet Russian cricket a good old baseball dimeline with a bonus and a fast payout is good enough.

Without early totals they are a 4th or 5th out.DSI pulls the same shit not only with totals but game lines to boot in CBB.Just Bet pulls the same crap in bases.All these guys waiting to put up lines when they think they have their pencil sharpened are losing their ass in volumn.You either have balls or you don't.Shoestring books don't last.
