How about a quick do's and dont's.

As Peep was famous for saying; post to the post, not the poster. For example tell him his analysis on the game is crap not that he is full of crap.

If you must call someone a name it better be low core. Calling a guy a hamburger doesn't both me, calling a guy a pedophile does. Mods are to use their best judgement. If you get personal with someone then it will be up to the mods to make a decision and give out an infraction and or suspension.

If someone goes overboard with you and calls you something raunchy hit the little red triangle with the exclamation point in the middle. That is the report a post icon.

or for example, just say the poster is NOT what you want to call him, but everyone will know you mean to really call him that
