Is there anything more nerve racking than needing a shootout??
I pulled it out with the Islanders and I have the shakes like I spent two tours of duty in Vietnam.
I need a Xanax the size of a football right now.

It was the same feeling as having an action bet (lightning bet).
Islanders scored first. Pitt ties it up. Islanders scored second time. Pitt doesn't. Islanders don't score on the third try. Pitt ties it up. Islanders score on the fourth try. Pitt doesn't. Game over.
It's insane!!!!

By how long you have been here you know the stress factor. Like i said, it could have been worse. All that stress and lose. I've been told if sports betting causes stress you could have a problem. But I'm a degen so I have no right to talk.
I know i'm dull, sorry. this is what 3+ months of losing does to you (i kid you not).

Oh, and your profile pic... isn't that from a movie? it's killing me because i have some ideas what movie but can't place it. Either way it's pretty damn freaky, haha.

Nice hit man! Shootouts are definitely nerve wracking, more so if you bet heavy chalk Unders are also stressful as hell when you have no goals to give and a whole period left. Then you're looking good with a few minutes left and the goalie is pulled. You definitely develop ulcers and hair loss if you bet unders regularly

Nothing like that length of the ice goal to screw up your night.

Yep the shootout is tough. I wish the pre-lock out rules existed and there was no shootout.

"3 unanswered scores" in football is the most nerve racking bet I ever tried...this kind of bet makes you invent new profanities.

Shootouts are tough. Very exciting but money riding on a circus gimmick isn't a great feeling.

NHL never should have gone with shootouts. I still don't understand what was so bad about a tie game. It makes no sense.
