    Need help with my diet!
I'm going on a Cruise in a Month out of Charleston to the Bahamas. Now i have been working out bout every day to get in shape for this bad boy. Now i'm already lean 6'1 180, but i just cant get the whole 6 pack down. I need to hear from real people about what foods to eat in order to get sculpted. I'm tired of reading the Mens fitness articles bout it and its not working for me. If you could help me out i would greatly appreciate it!

x have you ever been on a cruise, don't worry you will be the most fit guy on the ship. 99.99999999999999 of the people who go on cruise are about 500lbs thats why they go on cruises the biggest fukks in the world cruise all they do is eat all day I have been on three cruises boring is the magic word. Believe me your going to be compared with David in Florence, by the way thats MichaelAngelos David. if you want a 6 or 8 pack for your own reasons cool, but for a cruise forget it just take weed or something that will veg you out you'll need it. good luck if you get a chance name the boat I have a book here that will give you all the info and I will highlight it for you.

As well, he needs to work on his core.

if you want a 6 pack....

                                      here is what you do

Abb workouts atleast 30 minutes per day.
Cardio 1 day sprints the next day
                                      No salt
                                      no sugar
                                      no alcohol
                                      eat 5 small meals

it takes a lot of will power unless you are black. black people develop muscles much easier.

i once knew a guy who looked like Terrell Owens with his shirt off and he said he had never lifted weights a day in his life

I had a friend who did this and he lost a TON of weight in a remarkably short amount of time. I mean at one point he was like 280+ and he got down to probably like 200. He looked like a completely different person. It was a little weird at first.

Then he got off of Medifast and now he's put it all back on plus some more so he's fatter than ever. C'est la vie.

Google the anabolic diet. It's a high-fat, extremely low-carb diet. Basically you go no carbs from Monday to Friday and then carb-up on the weekend. Not for everyone but I love it. Get to eats tons of steak/salmon and stay lean.

Without getting into to much details behind the science, the diet basically gets your body to use fat for fuel as opposed to glycogen. So despite the high amount of fat you eat on the diet, you actually lose fat and maintain muscle.

You dont need that much food as TR88 posted, if you can afford it go for it but you can substitute protein shakes inbetween your meals. So for example for bfast you could have egg whites, juice and a chicken breast. Then turn around and 2.5 hours later down a protein shake with some flax oil mixed in. Then for lunch fish or chicken with a half of cup of rice and a salad. 2.5 hours later protein shake with flax and so on. Another thing to note is that you should probably gain some muscle before you cut down. at 180 you arent that big, and if you cut and want abs you are probably going to end up being 170 or so. I seriously doubt you will be able to keep that up for the long haul.

Also I would train chest and biceps together not triceps, I could never work my tri's on chest day, they were always too shot
