you can load up to 2,400 on ******** for funding books, not collecting

i put 3600 on the card and used it 5 mins later 3 weeks ago

i dont think they know for sure.

you have to go through paypal first...and i believe it takes 3-5 days

basically anywhere with western union you can reload...not sure if you can use your card at **.com to do it
