I had a message on my phone that my atm/debit card has been locked until I contact the bank and verify some transactions...didn't realize it until I went to withdraw funds to load the card a little bit ago.

Brock when I saw the card in the store on the top of it it said cash only to load, what did that mean? Was that just an initial load? I used western union instead.
