You will need to prove your ID and address wherever you go, most normal people have a passport or driving lisense or some ID card. You wont be able to have an account anywhere if you dont have ID.Comment -
what are you talking about? Of course I have an ID. I just don't have a licence or a passport and this why there are other documents and of great importance actually - greater than just a passport for instance... You cannot go to the police asking to get you an id with your passport... But you can with the birth certificate. So with this documents (passport or license) it is easier to use them as a second proof as most people have one of this. But that doesn't mean that a birth certificate is not of the same importance as a document. It is even better. It is just harder to get one thatn just send ur drivers license...Comment -
this should be enough information. this is getting ridiculous.
just make sure sbr has those previous communications also. the one where they said the birth certificate was blurry and also one in which they told you that you need specific verification (to a lesser extent).
it will help your case if they are changing things.

Glitch I have those in chat. I save it in word on my pc. There is the name of the operator there and everything they 've asked for. SBR hasn't contact me yet, (I mailed them to inform about b365s mail) but the thing is that the chat is on Greek. So I don't know if this could help. SBR wont do nothing...when i had my issue with 365,i sent them my complaint in details and i never got a response.SBR and 365 r close friends (u scratch my back and i'll scratch yours) sorry to say this but your money is as good as gone!!!after 3 months of back and forth i just decided to close my account and told them to keep my remaining balance....its hard to except it at first but you'll feel good at the end. There r a dozen stories u hear on SBR about 365 screwing clients over...imagine the rest of the world.Comment -

Nothing yet. No news either from 365 or sbr. I will wait a little more and then I will try with the UK gambling commision.
To some friends that says in previous posts that I should verify my account first, if u mean to send an id I all ready did that when I registered. 365 send me an e -mail and I had to verify my deposit, there was a link on the mail. I confirmed that. On the same mail they where saying that I should send my id to verify my account. I did that too and they sent back a mail confirming that my account was verified and that I could place my bets on 365. It was only when I asked to withdraw the money that they told me that there should be a farther verification of my account. Also I don't know if that makes any difference at all but I mostly bet on live sports. (don't know, just trying to figure out what info could help).
That's all for now. Poloyol I hope you are wrong on this one friend, and that I will take my money.! Don't know about sbr and 365, I will have to wait and see if they will take any action. I guess that if they don't you are probably right... But I have to wait and see...Comment -

I got an e-mail from 365 saying that since I don't have a passport they will send my documents for the security check and that they will answer me back to tell me the results! That is what they told me! To inform me about the results! I guess they may not like my photo or maybe the sweater I 'm wearing is out of fashion... I don't know...
