College hoops is great if you like boring ass games where vastly inferior talents play a very slow game with possessions where the players pass the ball around the perimeter for 40 seconds before they shoot

They play defense in college hoops. The rules aren't skewed to make the game stupid in the college game. The NBA used to be great, but the Jordan rules and the traveling and the over-all weak D and fundamentals make it unwatchable, to me.

NBA games are so lazily played until critical moments, in the regular season. The playoffs are different, though.

Zero players from Japan in the league. 1 active from China. 0 from any other Asian region.

Different game completely. College ball is about coaching and sets. NBA is about isos and pick&roll/pick&pop.
I like college more because I look at the game as a puzzle and look for coaches to make efficient strategies/changes in their strategy. This also takes place in the nba to some extent, but the players are so good that coaches and their changes are way less impactful than a college coaches gameplan.
