boys, i have been a fat fukk now all my life battling the weight.. and the weight has always won. it's always had the best of me.. but in the last 2 weeks, i have lost 12 lbs. i went from 299 lbs to 287 lbs now.. i have tried every freakin diet possible.. atkins, somersize diet, weight watchers, the zone.. i even starved myself. i did them all, and none worked.. NONE i tell you, NONE. But that is until 2 weeks ago..
Here is why i have been gaining all my life. I am never active.. I sit on my fat as-s 24/7, i gamble, and i post. THAT'S IT.. i even stopped eating 6700 calories a day. i'd eat under 2,000 calories a day, and everyday i'd weigh myself, and the scale never went down..
So here is the solution and the ONLY way to lose weight. by sitting down on my fat a-ss, i never got the heart moving.. my metabolism was so slow. i really had NO energy.. it takes me everything to get off my a-ss even to go take a piss. i'd hold it for 4 hrs so i dont have to get up.. i had no energy to even go downstairs by elevator to check mail. so 2 weeks ago, i started drinking coffee, which i hate.. just so i can be high on the caffeine to give me a boost. i hate coffee, so i stopped. last week, i went and bought caffeine pills and i am flying now.. i have so much energy, that i cant even sit down anymore for more than 1 min straight. i am so active, that i am moving around like crazy.. i am out all day not posting now just burning energy.. i dont even take elevator to go up to the 7th floor, i take stairs now, and i even take them 2 at a time, no joke. and i am not even out of breath, at all..
i am so active now, that i have realized that the key to losing weight is being active.. just move around.. that's it.. and in the last 1 week, i have been eating like a pig and the weight is still dropping like crazy..
so i have found the solution and i give you boys this tip. for any of you out there that are fat fukks like me, if you want to lose weight, forget dieting, forget even joining a gym.. forget food portions.. just be active, trust me on this one... move around all the time... walk around house, go to store, walk, walk, take stairs.. try not to sit down.. move move move.. do this all day, and you can eat whatever the fukk you want, and watch the weight drop..
just move around,. move around.. move around.. move around.. and DON'T SIT ON A CHAIR ALL DAY LIKE I DID. move around.. just move the fukk around.. do this all day.. and i swear you will freak, and eat whatever you want, even cake.. and watch the weight drop..
REMAIN AS ACTIVE AS YOU CAN, AND GET OFF YOUR FAT AS-S, AND WATCH AND SEE.
