i am guessing he used something that was unlabeled in some supplemental. no one is stupid enough to take roids on purpose, still not even sure what he took.

his own ignorance is going to cost him.

i think it would be fair to see what braun has to say, and what drug it was. he tested positive in late October, so he probably took something to help recover from a nagging injury that would help his play.

I don't understand why anybody tests athletes for steroids.....all athletes use some type of PED....

And for anybody to think that steroids is the reason why he's playing in the MLB, is mentally retarded.

Ben Johnson was a good sprinter before he started using PEDs but he was nowhere near WR/World Champion standard. If it did not make a substantial difference nobody would take the risk of using them.

geranium in the supplement i took thursday night is on the banned list .

They need to say what his levels were, like on a level from 1 to 10, 4 being normal, 5 is still a pass, but six is a flunk, but your levels can be high as a 10.

theres things to prevent testing positive and he prob tthought he could be the test it was a contract year for him makes to much sense he cheated hes as much of a cheater as gayrod and manny

You don't get "synthetic testosterone" from OTC medicines.
Of course it is right that judgement on him is withheld until all the more comprehensive tests have been done.

sir, it was not a contract year for him, braun was signed for a long time, and actually during the season he signed a huge extension, in till like 2020

The test was done during the end of the 2011 season, not the off season. So if his appeal is denied and the results of the first test are upheld, how can they not strip him of his 2011 MVP award?

I read it.

The second test (on a sample given later) does not invalidate the first.
How many negative samples do you suppose A-Rod gave in his career?

okay so he tested positive after the regular season was done. and the votes have already been cast.

again we have to wait in till we get all the info.

the 2nd urine test was not positive. the first one did test positive.

we will have to wait to see what comes of this in arbitration, already braun is calling it "bull shit".
