I've read a number of your posts regarding the subject and also those of the resident Heritage shills, and I'd say objectively you've definitely made your case. The problem I have is that your still playing there. Honestly, at this point they've made it pretty clear, for whatever reason, they don't want you there. Not sure why they just dont close your acct and send you your balance. But with that said, it's hard to sympathize with you because you stay there and take the abuse. You're like a battered wife who stays with her man because she has no self esteem.

The fact they dont even let you participate in free contests open to anyone who's made one lousy wager since 9/1 would be the last straw for me. Just move on and let it go.

I have an account with Heritage (trsf from BetJM) but I use it sparingly and I'm in the US. They're like my 3rd or 4th option.

1) 5Dimes
2) BetIslands (would be #1 if they got their soccer lines in line with 5Dimes)
3) Legends or Heritage

Even BetDsi, Bookmaker, Northbet are decent outs.

I got shafted on this. I didn't get anything, appealed to live chat, and still didn't get anything. Which is odd considering I've made at least 5 deposits since being transferred from BetJam while also withdrawing 0 times.

I didnt get anything either, but I really didnt expect anything. Ive made four withdrawls since the Bet Jam/Greek transfer. I also have not made anywhere near 200 wagers, it would take me 2 years to make that many wagers. I'll e-mail them and see if they kick me anything though, no big deal either way.

It sounds to me like they are treating there transfered players much different then legacy people. I still get treated great by them, great customer service. High limits, expanded wagering options. I love their automated P2P withdrawal and deposit system. Really can't complain.

DSI and Bookmaker, both A+ Books, have the same rule. Ties or cancelations on a straight bet = Loss as far as FPs are concerned. Sucks, but that's the way it is.

PS Next time do a parlay with your FP to guard against a canceled game.

SPOT ON POST...My sentiments exactly. To be told 200 bets made you a "valued customer" and anything less didnt make you "loyal" is a slap in the face. Loyalty goes both ways and bet size, deposit patterns and +/- profit are also factors to be considered.

You know when Heritage says that you have to call in to wager more. They act like upfront on the forums that it's just a simple phone call.

Here is how it really works.
1] make call
2] navigate menu and enter account number
3] confirm pw with cs agent
4] tell cs agent what you want to bet and how much
5] 30 seconds later they tell you that max you can bet is 100
6] you tell them you want to bet more and were told you needed to call in to do this
7] they put you on hold while they talk to wagering dept.
8] 2 minutes later they come back and tell you 100 is most you can bet
9] 8-10 minutes wasted for nothing

I'm just using my Heritage experiences to point out that they are not worthy of the "A" rating SBR has given to them. Obviously any one who they have given free money to is going to come to their side and say they are the greatest. Since you have claimed to received free money from them your opinion has been bought and really should mean very little in regards to the rating they have.
