Interesting I have definately made at least 200 bets there. Nothing in my account. They are saying some accounts did not get one. I will be using betislands exclusively to lose my money to now if thats the case. Just a slap in the face in my opinion.

yup i was told also u need at least 200 bets and be an active player..since i have a 0 balance there currently it wouldnt matter if i had 10,000 bets according to them

Nothing in my account yet, I believe I've made the 200+ bets and I tried to check with them, but cant get thru on chat. Either way it doesnt matter, but just my observations......

If you weren't going to give them out to everyone, then you don't put in a newsletter distributed to all players implying that everyone is getting a bonus. All the "rules" about 200+ bets, etc. were never listed anywhere. They should've listed all the "fine print" in the newsletter/website just like with any other promo so people know what to expect. If they didnt intend to give them out to all players then they should of just sent an email or a mailer out to those who would be receiving bonuses, rather than get everyone all worked up over nothing. That's like an employer only giving out Christmas bonuses to some, but deciding to do it in front of all the employees at the Christmas party.

To be honest if it was my book, I wouldnt give them to everyone either. I would only reward those customers who I valued their business. But IMO it could've been handled in a more classier way. I can only imagine the headache the CS dept must have to put up with today.

so a player could place 150 $500 bets over the course of the year and get nothing

but a player that placed 200 $100 bets would get something?

not a good way to do it IMO

reminds me of betjams loyalty free play that was maxed out at $200

it doesn't reward the player that bets more. but there were ways around the getting full value of the betjams dumb rule.

Wow!!! not only did I not get anything I also had to argue with live chat this morning to get my free 6th deposit for the second time this season after being told that I was not eligible because I had an open future wager on the Eagles to win the superbowl

. Funny that pending losing future bet has never prevented me from getting a deposit bonus on my last 10 deposits plus a free 6th deposit bonus a few weeks ago. Lost my pre-existing Bet Jamaica/Greek balance to these guys and lost 10 deposits to them in that timeframe and I don't get anything

I guess there are multiple ways to look at it.
How about a book like 5dimes who don't have contests like Heritage, and I've NEVER heard of them giving a X-Mas bonus to ANYONE...

I understand not everyone will be happy, but they certainly do more than some of the other top tier books as well. I wonder if we will see a thread about how 5Dimes doesn't give out anything??? tough spot for the book and players on this one, nobody will be completely happy
