    Bookmaker blackjack
I only type of gambling I bothered to do online before was poker in which I was a decent player but I decided to give a try on some blackjack this past week. I started on 5dimes and made a deposit for 300 dollars and ran that up to 800 before I started feeling invincible and made 50-100 dollar bets and lost all the money. After slapping myself to get my head straight I made a deposit of 120 dollars on bookmaker and right now I'm sitting on a balance for close to a 1000. This can't be normal right? Most of the bets I make are around 2 dollars so there are no huge jumps in my profits or losses (Though I haven't had a losing day on bookmaker yet). Is this some kind of plan by the book to get me hooked onto their site? lol

the lower the amounts that you play for (example $2), you win. The more that you play for, you lose. Momentum is big. If you keep winning, it will let you go on a run. If you keep losing, you'll keep losing. My trick is to surrender a hand and throw them off. It occasionally switches up the software. good luck

Perhaps you can make a living with online BJ but you will have to endure periods of utter gloom before the luck turns good again. Most don't have the cahuna's.

IMO, online BJ is perfectly suited for the book to take advantage of our natural tendencies to believe what is not true. Play enough and you'll get wiped out again.

The usual progression: play a bunch of low amount hands; eventually start losing; increase the bet amount so you can "quickly recover your losses because the losing streak has to turn around"; your balance goes bust.

I asked my book to block access to the casino area. Now I am less tempted.

                        you answered your own question.

When you bet small you win. when you increased dramatically you lost it all.

I play roullette for $1 and go up and down $10 and it stays fun. one time I risked alot more and lost $500. now this was not possible as I only play red or black and lost each and every roll 20 times

Legends banned me after asking them also, took $20 turned it into $460 and then gave that back plus $200 FML
