A few weeks ago the Steelers punched a ball thru the endzone for a safety when it was a penalty but they missed it. When they reviewed the play the Safety stood even though they could see that the Steelers had commited a penalty. They shouldnt have reversed the TD

When a player is out of bounds and comes back in bounds, it's not a judgment call. It's a black and white call. Therefore, they can review it. They made the right call, and it was correct use of instant replay.
