I am glad new jersey is making moves.. the state needs it.. You guys point out how great your state is.. and now high the taxes are because "its such a nice place to live" ... yet you guys need full on gambling to help the state..

On the Behind the Best blog this dude today brought up some pretty good points about the NFL playing in Wembley stadium and betting going on right across the street. There actually may have been betting terminals in the stadium, not exactly sure.

Dude actually says that the justice department may not appeal all the way to the supreme court, seems hard to believe.

Would like to know if there are any instances where one state is allowed to practice something, another state passes a bill that would allow that state to practice the same thing going on in another state, and the courts were to come in and say, sorry you don't have that right. People always say Delaware, but the guy on the podcast claimed that Delaware was arguing the interpretation of the statute rather than the constitutional arguments. Hopefully dude is right!

I know, WTF.......Vegas is not going to lose profit from sportsbetting in NJ .....I live in NJ, and the only time I'm betting in Vegas is when I take a trip there obviously

Plus many of the same investors/ owners have casinos in AC and LV

Feds will be challenged by NJ, and the NJ Governor is going to fight hard for it
