yeah, immediately after I won the 800 I purposed the idea of dumping the chips to him, since I owed him points, and then he could transfer me the remainder after we squared up.

this was before I found out there would be major consequences. Once I found out there would be repercussions for such actions I decided not to do it.

Any subsequent PM's I sent to him on the subject are irrelevant because I had already rolled over the points 3x and was aware the PM's were being monitored.

I basically called him a "pus*y" for not wanting to try it. But that was pure sarcasm!!! I had already rolled over the points and was made aware my poker account was being monitored.

look at the time on the PM I sent him and you will see it was after my rollover was complete and after I was made aware via PM that my poker account was being monitored. And it was also sent after I had paid him the points I owed with my rolled over points.

Why in god's name would I be looking to dump chips to him after successfully rolling over the points and paying off my debt to him???

Your PMs weren't disabled for what you sent afterwards - it was for what you originally sent him. Once Admin reviewed the situation, they were shut down.

So it was for my original proposal which he turned down, and upon telling me there would be consequences I too decided not to act upon.

That's cool but my point is, even if you didn't send anything else after he told you no, your PMs still would've been shut down by Admin. Anyone who plays online poker is aware of the fact that chip dumping isn't allowed at the tables. In fact, online casinos will shut you down completely. You've merely lost the ability to PM. Give it a few months and send the forum a PM to see if they'll reinstate them for you. That's the best advice I can give.

That is not what happened. Again either post the first PM you sent him or give me permission to do it. You also did not respond in anyway about not knowing it was against the rules.
