I lost my PM's for asking if chimp dumping to get around rollover was possible and if there are any repercussions.

I was told that it is possible and there is severe consequences if you get caught.
So I resolved not to do it due to the potential consequences.
1 day later I get PM infraction, loss of PM's.


Me- "Hi there, is there such thing as bank robberies"
SBR- "There is in fact, and if you get caught you either die or go to jail"
Me- "Wow, I better not try to rob a bank then!"
SBR- "Well just to be safe we're going to put you in jail anyways"
Me- "I guess that's fair, thank you"


When I asked shari about it I received this response:

That message was sent after I had rolled the 800 points over 3x. Obviously this was sarcasm since I knew by this point the PM's were being monitored and I had already completed the rollover.

If you look at the time line you will find all the above to be true

yeah, immediately after I won the 800 I purposed the idea of dumping the chips to him, since I owed him points, and then he could transfer me the remainder after we squared up.

this was before I found out there would be major consequences. Once I found out there would be repercussions for such actions I decided not to do it.

Any subsequent PM's I sent to him on the subject are irrelevant because I had already rolled over the points 3x and was aware the PM's were being monitored.

I basically called him a "pus*y" for not wanting to try it. But that was pure sarcasm!!! I had already rolled over the points and was made aware my poker account was being monitored.
Jeez

look at the time on the PM I sent him and you will see it was after my rollover was complete and after I was made aware via PM that my poker account was being monitored. And it was also sent after I had paid him the points I owed with my rolled over points.

Why in god's name would I be looking to dump chips to him after successfully rolling over the points and paying off my debt to him???
