I was at the bar with my friend. Run into coworker there. She invites herself to my table, just as my buddy happens to be leaving. We talk, everything is fine. Then she starts getting closer and closer, touching my arm and stuff. I figure it is too rude to back away to prevent this touching. Just make conversation for a while, whatever. She keeps saying "when are you going to have lunch with me? you know you want to spend time with me because I'm cool". This is so weird, and she said it like 10 times. I think at one point I even said something like 'since when are you cool' or 'why would I want to do that?'
Maybe she thinks I am playing hard to get. Have only a month left at this job but her office is right next to mine and it will probably be awkward. How do I get the point across to this porker (6 years older, too!) that I am not interested without creating any office drama etc. etc. I do not want to slip in a "girlfriend" reference because I am trying to nail this other co-worker who does not need to know I have a girlfriend.
Personally I hate it when pigs go after me. I consider it an insult that they think they have a chance.
