This is a no-brainer, SBR do the right thing here.

No, sportsbooks do usually give another free shot at a win unless players pursue it. We are giving free plays back manually when people ask because right now we can't ungrade the game without messing up the other related graded bets. Write to Forum@sbrforum.com or jump on livechat.
