In all seriousness though, there's a big difference between a shitty team playing on the road against an offense-oriented opponent that was due for a breakout and a shitty team playing at home on MNF against an opponent that doesn't typically score a ton of points.

I'll take the points for the home team in this spot every single time. Will it work out here? I don't know, but it cashes more often than it doesn't.

As a long time Jags fan, (well 16 years of their history) they've always played particularly well on MNF. Gabbert hasn't done as horrible as most of his critics will say, and yes he is going up against the Ravens tonight with their exceptional defense.

One thing to look at is how the Jags are the 8th ranked defense in the league, something like high 20's against the pass though. However, they can contain Ray Rice, but the question really is will Flacco be able to carve them up? I'm not sure what to think about this spread, but I do believe it's going to be low scoring due to the Jaguars inability to go up and down the field. They don't let too many games get out of hand, (except for NYJ catastrophe ) and they did beat Tennessee for what it's worth. (not much at all)

GL on all plays though, I'll prob play the Jags and under and hope for a steal on Monday night!
