If Iraq wasn't bad enough, now they are cracking down on offshore books. As far as I'm concerned the seizure of Bodog's assets have officially signaled the end of gambling offshore for good, at least for myself.

I guess I'm lucky in that I live closer to Vegas than most of u but I am not looking forward to 7 hour roundtrip, ripoff gas stations and rouge mad max wannabe cops flashing the spotlight into my car while I'm doing 80.

It's funny how gambling in your home is immoral but losing your entire savings in Vegas is A-OK to the moral cops of the republican party.

I said this the other day, the whole thing is riddled with hypocrisy. Where is the logic and equal rights in allowing casinos, lotto, scratchcards, racetracks, Vegas and Atlantic City to operate to anyone who cares to walk through their doors when a man sat in Nebraska can't push a computer button and do the same thing. Gambling is either good or bad and if it's deemed bad by a government it should be banned entirely or everyone should be on a level playing-filed. It all has to do with money. If the government can't get its hands into your wallet while you're doing it they dont want you to do it.
