Bookmaker/Cris is at least a + too high, still a solid book but the fact that they have the same rating as pinny is something i cant agree with. Mayber pinny just needs to be an a+++ or so. I've been pleased with Carib at a B, and haven't played at heritage, but from everything i hear they are very solid for a B

I will agree with Cris being a bit too high at A+. Their transfer fees are ridic.

          Carib is very underrated

Way too many complaints at 5 dimes changing wagers(misgrading) and other issues

High fees, poor CS, awful lines for tennis and soccer, 20 cent bases lines. Only real positives are high limits and many wagering options.

And your money is safe and they aren't afraid to take bets.

Most folks don't understand the power and respect that CRIS wields, specially in the underground. Those minor complaints will never affect its rating, as they shouldn't. CRIS serves a purpose and is an important pillar.

Very good point....... If CRIS/Bookmaker ever folds, you can stick a fork in the whole offshore industry.

However, with that said, being the "gold" standard means excelling in all areas. There is no excuse for the excessive withdrawal/transfer fees and subpar customer service for a book of high esteem.

I agree with the safety, i'll probably have money in there come football season, i also forgot to mention their loyalty program which is top notch.

                        Well...

Hate to put it this way, but this being SportsBookReview it would not seem inappropriate.

Last year at the start of football SBR 'presented' Betonline as a strong book. This surprised some here, because they seemed to more or less come out of nowhere (they didn't really, but you'll see the similarity with BetPhoenix). SBR went through the trouble of finding out what this book was about, including an onsite visit (if I'm not mistaken). This type of service to the betting community is important and much appreciated.

Betonline is in Panama. BetPhoenix is in San Jose. I haven't visited SBR, but I know the office is not in Panama. Both books offer -105 lines. The type of lines that are interesting to players visiting this forum. So ... where is the review?

(I don't mean to push this book. The only outfit I've ever pushed somewhat here was Matchbook. I just think that BetPhoenix could be something special, if everything checks out).

Dark I'm sure Bill and his staff have a lot of info on them and they are the ones that do the ratings. I'm just saying I'm not familiar with them.

Good posts RJ and mtneer. Most do not realize how important Cris is to the industry. More so than ever once Pinny went stage left. Still, I'm glad to see the comments on their cs. Its one thing for us to tell them while they yawn through a meeting. But they read this forum and these posters make good points.
